Batatachya chi bhaji (potato vegetable)

Yummy, nutritious, delicious and super easy potato recipe.

Ingredients:

4 big potatoes (peeled, boiled and cut in pieces)
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 Pinch Asafoetida
green chilli (2 large chopped finely)
Turmeric Powder (1 tsp)
salt to taste
1 tbsp curry leaves (chopped)
1 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)

Method:

1) Peel and boil Potatoes and chop them
2) take one hot bottom vessel
3) Put 2 tsp clarified butter (ghee)
4) when in heats add mustard seeds and let it splatter
5) Add cumin seeds
6) Add asafoetida (pinch)
7) Add curry leaves and chillies
8) After 1/2 minute add Potatoes, turmeric powder, salt and Coriander leaves and Stir well
9) Ready to serve :)
