Beans Potato Pattice Minus Oil

Today i am gonna give you a small, quick amazing recipe, where you can cherish every bite of healthy life :)

Beans Potato Pattice Minus Oil:

Ingredients:

2 Big Potatoes (peeled and Boiled)
1 Cup French Beans ( Chopped and Boiled)
1 Carrot (Peeled and Boiled)
1/2 cup Tomato Ketchup
1 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
4 Brown Bread
Sesame seeds (1tsp)
Semolina 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder (Pinch or two) (optional)
Salk to taste

Method:
Peel Potatoes and carrot
Chop French Beans
Boil Beans, Potatoes and carrot together
After boiling keep the water aside and veggies in one big bowl
Mash the veggies
Add salt, coriander and ketchup to this veggies and mix well
Add bread in them
Mix well till it is a bit stiff
Make fall oval balls of this mixture
Mix sesame seeds ans semolina in one plate
Now coat the veggie balls in the semolina and sesame seeds mixture
Take a non stick pan
and roast the veggie balls for 5 to 7 mins
Ready to eat:)
